Brandon and Sylvia Riggs are continuing shared family traditions of owning and operating small, Sabinal-based businesses. In 2009, they purchased Brandon’s parents’ business, Sabinal General Supply (SGS). Sylvia’s family owned and operated Fred’s, which is now the location of Center Food Mart. Together, they’ve put their skills and knowledge into continuing SGS operations and incorporating a few new ones.
